RGPT is an independently owned pediatric physical therapy practice led by Dr. Elizabeth “Lizzy” Rollo-Guiney, PT, DPT. Dr. Lizzy specializes in supporting babies and young children during the important early years of development, with particular experience in infancy. Her work is especially focused on concerns such as torticollis, head shape differences, feeding-related movement challenges, difficulty with tummy time or early milestones, and patterns of whole-body tension that may affect a baby’s comfort, movement, feeding, or ability to regulate. Dr. Lizzy takes a whole-child, family-centered approach—looking beyond a single milestone or symptom to better understand how a child is moving, feeling, and functioning throughout their day. Early parenthood can feel both joyful and overwhelming. Families are often surrounded by conflicting advice, social-media clickbait, and pressure to “fix” every concern quickly. Dr. Lizzy’s goal is to provide calm, practical, individualized guidance so parents can better understand their child’s development and feel more confident in what they are seeing and doing at home. RGPT offers private pediatric physical therapy in the comfort of a family’s home or daycare setting, along with supportive wellness services including milestone check-ins, head shape check-ins, infant massage, parent coaching, and individualized developmental guidance. These services are designed to help families feel informed, supported, and empowered at every stage—from the early newborn weeks through crawling, walking, and toddlerhood. In addition to private services, Dr. Lizzy creates educational and community-based opportunities for local families. Her baby and toddler playgroups support development through play while giving caregivers space to connect with other parents navigating similar stages. Groups are designed for babies as young as six weeks through toddlers up to approximately 2½ years old, including children who are crawling, walking, and building early independence. At RGPT, families are met with clinical knowledge, compassionate care, and the reminder that they do not have to figure it all out alone. I can also turn this into a shorter website “About” section or a more parent-friendly Instagram bio version.
